Mr. Sinai is engaged in all facets of the firm's regulatory and litigation practice. Prior to his employment with Technology Law Group, Mr. Sinai worked as a trial attorney and was involved in a wide range of civil and criminal matters. Mr. Sinai has also worked for Teligent, Inc. as a Network Design Analyst.  In this capacity, Mr. Sinai worked closely with network engineers in building the company's network, and in creating processes and network designs that were implemented into internal technical manuals.  During his tenure at Teligent, Mr. Sinai developed a strong working understanding of telecommunications networks, which has proven invaluable in representing the firms reseller clients in litigation matters.  After a brief hiatus, Mr. Sinai returned to Technology Law Group in 2008.

Mr. Sinai's experience includes the successful representation of a wide variety of clients in criminal matters, contract negotiations and contract litigation. Prior to entering the telecommunications industry, Mr. Sinai represented music artists in contract negotiations with record labels and concert promoters.

While working at Technology Law Group, Mr. Sinai has worked on matters involving resellers and agents, payphone service providers, and numerous other companies involved in leading edge technology applications. In this capacity, Mr. Sinai has been involved in successfully litigating complex telecommunications cases against each of the major long distance carriers and most of the Regional Bell Operating Companies in proceedings in state and federal courts and regulatory agencies across the country, the FCC, and the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). 

Mr. Sinai received his B.S. in Communication Studies, cum laude, from Towson State University, with PKD honors in 1993, and his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1997, where he also made the Dean's List. Mr. Sinai is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Communications Bar Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association.

Mr. Sinai is fluent in Farsi.
